- Schedule meetings and provide reports to the tender committee.
- Submit minutes of meeting after opening technical and financial proposals.
- Invite vendors to participate and submit both technical and financial offers.
- Follow-up sent emails, submitted letters, tender committee’s requests and administrative matters.
- Answer all inquiries received via email, after communicating with our technical team.
- Communicate with the tender committee members and update them about the tenders.
- Make official letters to the General Manager and government sectors.
- Make reports and presentations after Darb Al Saai and Corniche Events.
- Translate documents from English to Arabic and vice versa.
- Report directly to Press Manager by making a full daily report of each department in the company.
- Take full responsibility of the Press Manager’s daily schedule, handle appointments, meetings,
plans, reports, complaints, leave requests, indents, additional work hours, daily mail and filing.
- Make price quotations for clients and customers in English, and governmental sectors in Arabic.
- Search for tenders related to publishing and printing industry, on the daily newspapers and Ministry of Finance website, make an authorization letter for a marketing representative to purchase the tender documents, complete all the requirements step by step, contact finance department to extract the tender bond, estimations department to estimate all specifications, stamp and sign all the tender documents by the Press Manager, submit both financial and technical envelopes, scan and archive all the tender documents with a reference number.
- Work on Microsoft office daily to write letters and make tables.
