 Customize and promote ASGC’s standards and procedures for project controls including Methods, Schedule, Cost, Estimating and Risk Management that satisfy Company’s requirements.
 Lead the Cost Engineering process through Cost Estimating, Budgetary & Control for Company’s new cost control system. Duties include creating cost code structure, development of estimates, preparation of Baseline Budget, forecast & trend reports, change control management, evaluation and analysis.
 Work on resolution of projects technical engineering difficulties and complex control problems to make sure that project’s objectives are met.
 Develop logic network planning using Critical Path Method for all project aspects including engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning in consistence with project execution plan and methodologies.
 Interpret the demands of the project in terms of labor, materials, and equipment in addition to technical challenges and develop technical proposals to optimize earned values.
 Provide effective, accurate and timely reporting for senior management.
 Alert of significant irregularities, trends and variances in both time and cost and suggest technical engineering corrective actions.
 Perform comprehensive analyses on variances between actual and plan/budget/forecast/target results with especial emphasis technical complications and resolution proposals.
 Provide gaudiness to Project controls team member in both time and cost aspects.
 Review the technical and commercial proposals of Sub-Contractors and advise the management on their suitability.

 Prepare the project’s baseline schedule/ three weeks look ahead schedule using, including the relevant needed project resources (Material, Labor and equipment) - according to internal standards, technical and contractual requirements - review it with the PM for final approval.
 Monitor the implementation of the schedule and the three weeks look ahead schedules (including the progress of execution, the subcontractors work, the shop drawings and materials submissions and follow-up on procurement activities as well as the provision and use of resources), point out and analyze any identified delays/discrepancies, propose appropriate solutions to prevent exceeding the project completion date.
