13. Preparation of project three weeks look ahead schedule.
14. Updating and monitoring of Project Schedule.
15. Preparation and updating of Project detailed activities for Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical disciplines.
16. Tracking and updating mechanical erection, piping fabrication, piping erection, electrical, instrumentation, and civil activities on the progress monitoring system.
17. Preparation of the project progress calculation breakdown system.
18. Preparation of project monthly payment certificate.
19. Assistance in preparation of Change Orders.
20. Assistance in preparation of Final Remeasure Quantities and Contract New rates.
21. Assistance in preparation of Extension of Project Duration Claim.
