Workdetails: responsable for team of implementation and supervise the overall
implementation phases From Data gathering (Location, Equipments, Vendors, Manufactures, Tools, Manpower, Jop Plan, Durations) and adjust Preventive maintenance and predictive maintenance for them and supervise for generate workorders and producing reports (general and manager reports)

2- CMMS Consultant for Planning Maintenance in Cairo airport Company

Workdetails: responsable for advising in the new system implementation called
data stream (CMMS Italian program) with team of italian implementors
And help in the follow up and supervision of the overall operation
3- CMMS Instructor for Training CMMS concepts and CMMS Program in many sites (Ebgdco, Nospco, Sidpec, Airport)
4- CMMS Engineer at EMC company (one of Oil and Gas companys)
Work details: collecting data (Location, Equipment, Vendor, Manfactures, labors, Safety Instructions, Maintenance work
instruction OR Job plan for each maintainable item) from different orgnizations
Create Preventive maintenance for the Equipments.
Generate Workorders.
Create reports ( for users and manager and general reports)
Training the crews.
Follow up, modify and Optimize CMMS Program.
4.1- Projects: (Egyptair Workshop, Nospco, Metro, Cairo Glass Company, Ebgdco, Cairo, Snmar, Sidpec, El Ahly Bank, EMC Main building ) using Computerized
Maintenance Managment System (CMMS) program (EMCmaint v2)

4.2- Ability to adjust, enhance and collect the CMMS Data Gathering and develop overall system maintenance for the whole site

5- Resopnsable for Building Maintenance Work Instruction (Job plan)
library containing details steps of maintenance procedures collected from different sites

6- Aware of the CMMS Programs Maximo, Cworks, Datastream.

7- Professional in Create and Design Reports using Cresyal Reports

8- Award of Four letters of Appreciations from different working sites
