In Lebanon, Expertise France ensures the consistency and implementation of the specific objective of QUDRA. The project seeks to improve social stability between communities in Lebanon through a comprehensive and local approach of protection for children and adults.
Job responsibilities:
- Market studies: Conduct market studies for different markets (IT equipment, Furniture, utilities, etc…). Draft suppliers comparison reports. Assist the procurement coordinator in draft tentative budgets.
- Planning: Assist the procurement coordinator in the draft of procurement plan. Strictly follow up the procurement plan.
- Procurement: respect procurement procedures by follow up with local suppliers for Quotations, purchasing files, contracts and selection of vendors.
- Rehabilitation of Social development centers: pre-construction phase: preparation of tenders, site visit with contractors and participate in rehabilitation management meetings.
- During Construction Implementation: Follow up on work process and contractors issues in the field and report to procurement coordinator.
- Site closing: Attend site hand-over, report deficiencies and insure that all document are properly archived and backed up as soft copies.

Job responsibilities:
To coordinate with formal authorities (army, internal security forces ……) in Lebanon and with the main active parties and municipalities were Mercy Corps operating.
- Ensure the implementation of safety and security polices and standard operation procedures.
- Reviewing and updating of Security Management Plan, Contingency Plans, evacuation plan and SOPs.
- Monitor national, social, political and security issues and inform senior staff of issues that affect, or may affect, Mercy Corps Programs, assist the Security Adviser when working with Mercy Corps programs and Senior Management in order to evaluate current and future programming based on current local security situation and adjust where needed.
- Prepare of training on security and safety procedures, security awareness, first aid and fire safety for staff and building.

From January 2015 I promoted to position logistics manager one title added to my duties as a security focal point.
Job responsibilities:
- coordination with formal authorities (army, internal security forces ……) in Lebanon and with the main active parties and municipalities were Medicines du Monde operating along with the general coordinator.
- Take decisions when different team should be evacuated from the field.
- Give daily security clearance.
- Weekly security briefing during coordination meeting about the situation in the country.
As a logistics manager:
- Responsible for the efficient operation of the supply chain & procurement within the country.
- To provide technical, mechanical, electrical and logistical support to all MdM activities.
- Asset and fleet responsibility.
- Designing, supervising and monitoring costs of any new construction, rehabilitation or maintenance to buildings and structures within project sites.

Logistician (October 2015 -November 2015).
Medicines Du Monde France -(Emergency desk logistics department).

I transferred from development department to emergency department for a logistics and security assessment in Djibouti and Yemen.
Job responsibilities:
- Logistic Assessment for a MDM Project in Djibouti / Base Opening.
- Create a list of Med/Non Med suppliers.
- Evaluate Cost/ Options for a guesthouse/office/warehouse.
- Evaluate the Import Procedures (Sea/Flight) in Djibouti, Evaluate the capacities/limits of the Airport / Seaport (Advantages/Disadvantages).
- Meet the different Logistic Actors (NGO, WFP), works on a security assessment/risks analysis.
- Evaluate the most relevant option to send HQ’s International Freight to Yemen with a stop-over in Djibouti, Cost/Delay to export from Djibouti to Yemen
- Evaluate all possibilities of evacuation from Yemen to Djibouti (Air, boat, cost, delay, process, risks

Logistician (July 2012 -December 2014).

Job responsibilities:

- efficient operation of organization in Lebanon (supply chain, technical, mechanical, electrical and logistical support to the project.
- Designing, Supervising and monitoring costs of new constructions, rehabilitation or maintenance to buildings and structures within project sites.
- Ensure workmanship is of high quality.

secretary of the warehouse till September 2011, my duties include:
- Writing daily reports in relation to materials and equipment used in
project.
- Arranging the required offices for executives, engineers, consultants and
administrative staff during mobilization period.
- Arranging and administering labors accommodations.

September 2011 till May 2012 transferred from warehouse to logistic and Equipment division, My duties include:
- Administering the company’s vehicles, by maintaining login/log out.
- coordinator between this section and projects of the company.
- Registers and monitoring mileage for equipment and vehicles to follow up maintenance and fuel consumption's.
