•Heading the operations of the 5G Small Cells developing and manufacturing project in Saudi Arabia.
•Supervising and participating with the 5G Small Cells' multinational team in developing the business plans, financial model, pitch pack, information memorandum, and capital structure.
•Spearhead external consultants’ activities in relation to the 5G Small Cells project, company’s goals, and expansion strategies.
•Collaborated with Qualcomm and ThunderSoft to initiate IoT, V2X and Smart City implementations in Saudi Arabia.
•Work closely with the Executive Director to set the company’s short and long-term strategic goals.
•Develop actionable business strategies and plans to align company’s operations with the short and long-term strategic goals of the Executive Director.
•Work together with key participant and the Finance team in developing budgets, financial models, and fundraising activities.
•Work closely with the Company’s Legal team in reviewing and drafting legal agreements.

•Coordinated and oversaw Saher project implementation in over 410 locations to more than ten different traffic management systems from different multinational companies including but not limited to Jenoptik Robot and Kapsch TrafficCom in three cities.
•Reduced execution time per site by 30% through empowering installation teams and exploiting different technologies.
•Efficiently managed several urgent projects including a seasonal security project for the Ministry of Interior Affairs.

•Created Saher project Systems Requirements Specifications Documents, Verification and Validation Plans, and Testing and Commissioning Procedures.
•Evaluated Saher project Concept of Operation Document and Detailed Systems Designs to verify compliance.

Designed and implemented IPTV and IP CCTV projects while providing technical support for operation teams.
