Senior Project Case study (PCE Automation Ltd Resource Forecasting and Scheduling) TE Connectivity Automation Manufacturing Technology Group in the USA to enhance their resource forecasting and scheduling scheme for their resources in engineering, shop and contract production. The student team has been tasked with creating a user-friendly resource planning and scheduling system that demonstrates the ability to plan organizational resources, evaluate the status of the plan and costs, and provides high level and detailed reporting.
