• Manages the shipment and receipt of all products, materials, and supplies.
• Keeps an accurate record of daily movements, stock scans, and accurate counting.
• Tracks, traces, and updates the status of incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Engages with vendors and drivers with a positive attitude.
• Logistics for the distribution of Amazon, Noon, Jumia, Aroiflame, Avon and iPhone products
• Scanning and sorting incoming and outgoing stock.
• Responsible for receiving shipments from companies, distributing geographical areas to delegates, and following up the itinerary.
• Car inspection before going to the distribution area, Examine cars and training drivers to maintain public safety
• Follow up the new shipping representative to solve work problems
• Responsible for pickup and delivery of mail in a safe timely manner to customer or destination according to the assigned schedule and designated routes.
• Maintains logbooks documenting all pick-ups and deliveries and accurately complete mileage and time logs.
• Perform duties of a mail meter on an as needed basis.
Handle cash, credit, or check transact ions with customers
Scan goods and collect payments
Organizing store staff work schedules.
Oversee and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
Solve problems, such as customer complaints and product shortages
Maintain inventory and order merchandise.
• Maintaining the Annual Training Plan for the Company to be reviewed and approved by the Line Managers.
• Executing the training courses requested by the Client, through the following steps:
o Reviewing the Course outlines with the Client to make sure the target of the Course will be achieved.
o Contact the Expert and send the Course outlines.
o Welcoming the Trainees and do a basic assessment.
o Follow up the training day.
o Do the final assessment.
o Dealing with the Expert to get Trainees’ evaluation.
o Certificates Issuance.
o Send a report about the Trainees to the Human Resource department in his Company.
• Nominate the needed training courses for the rest of the team according to annual and semiannual evaluation.
• Updating the Training Courses in the Annual plan according to the Global Training updates.
• Checking the Facilities (equipment) in the Training Rooms for any update in need.
• Doing the Training Offers for Clients (Commercial &Technical).
• Supervision and executing Training courses in any of the below mentioned fields:
o Managerial
o Petroleum Sector Technical Courses (Onshore &Offshore)
o Mechanical
o Marketing
o Electrical
o Touristic
o Warehouses
o Accounting
o Projects Management
o Insurance
o HSE
o International Professional Certificates
o Specified Engineering Courses

• Responsible for ISO Certificates renewal process (annually).
• Preparations for tenders to purchase Stationary and maintenance.
• Following and updating the Company website with the new applied Courses.
• Updating the Instructors database
