Managing a major scheme infrastructure works for Project ABCDEF of an area of 26 Million m2 for Ras Al Khaimah Municipality. The project is
located in Sector 2, 5 in Ras Al Khaimah Emira of United Arab Emirates. The Project involves coordination with Lebanon offshore office for Master planning and major infrastructure allocation and the design of all infrastructure networks including roads, potable water, sewerage, irrigation, storm water drainage, fire fighting, electrical LV and Distribution substation. The team of 150 team members with 8 team leaders, senior road and utility engineers, cad team
leaders and cad engineers.

Managing a team of infrastructure engineers and Head of Department HOD utilizing the SAP Platform for all route approval No objection certificate process NOC process for Ras Al Khaimah Municipality. The review process
include survey works, road engineer and HOD, Utilities engineer and HOD, hydrology engineer and HOD, Planning engineer and HOD, traffic engineer and HOD and geotechnical engineer and HOD.

The aim of the review process is obtain route approval prior to execution of infrastructure works (road projects, network services, general projects, house connections information and trail pits) in the Right of Way ROW.
The SAP platform provide an integrated approach for the review process and request through SAP by the business partner (Private owners or
government entity such as Federal Electricity and water Authority FEWA, RAK WA, Public works Department PWSD, RAK GAS, Etisalat, DU and

Ministry of Housing Infrastructure Program:
The program is aiming to provide up to 500, 000 housing units throughout the
Kingdom over the next few years at a planned cost of roughly 500 billion
Saudi Riyals (SR). Dar Al Riyadh is contracted to provide the master planning
and infrastructure design for 37 sites throughout the Northern and Southern
regions of the Kingdom via two separate contracts.
Managing infrastructure works for Ministry of Housing projects in South and
North of Kingdom in Najarn, Jazan, Abha, Aseer, Al Jouf, Northern Border
And Tabuk. Project area is 45.0 Million Sq, m in South and North of Kingdom.
It involves road network (bridges and culverts), potable water, sewerage,
irrigation, storm water drainage, electrical (LV, MV, street lighting) and
telecommunications.


Managing infrastructure works for Al Rimal gated community . The project
consists of 411 villas and 762 Residential apartments + community, Education

attending Client and other meetings and follow up project deliverables and

Supreme Council of Family Affairs SCFA: Detailed Design of a building of 5
floors including car park design and all utilities design works. Our work
includes liaison with Qatar Petroleum QP and different Governmental

•As Site Engineer responsible for installation of complete gas distribution systems (associated gases are hydrogen helium, carbon dioxide, nitrogen, LPG and compressed air) for college laboratories, including complete supply pipelines, safe road crossing to facilitate correct operation of the systems (getting WED approval for installed materials, preparing RFI for pipelines laying and pressure testing required for handing over to consultant and civil defence).
