•Work as senior Supervisor then Superintendent for completion and workover rigs.
•Reporting to completion and workover management.
•Supervise, review and follow up the activities related to completion and workover with rigs company men at site.
•Perform daily field visits to the Completion/Workover rigs and review and discuss the safety and operation issues with rig foreman and crew.
•Receive and review the daily reports from rig company men.
•Review final well reports which are submitted by company men.
•Ensure all safety policy and rules are applied at the rigs sites.
•Give recommendations in order to solve operation problems or safety matters at the rigs sites.
•Safety is the first priority. ensure all operation are carried out in safe manner.
