Ezdan Holding Group is the largest real estate company in the Persian Gulf region and was, in 2013, ranked no. 17 on Forbes magazine's 500 largest Arab corporations. Additionally, EHG is listed no. 1, 250 on Forbes' Global 2000 list.

My last responsibilities in Ezdan (EHG) (Real Estate, Malls, Hotels):
1- In Real Estate for More than 30, 000 units Distributed inside 27 compounds+400 commercial units.
2- Two big Hotels with 3, 000 rooms near Cornish+196 suites.

• I have built, launched, established Procurements departments, and helped Warehouse, from scratch with all requirements, from Policy & Procedures, Forms, Databases with all ISO’s requirements.
• Developing procurement strategies that are inventive and cost-effective.
• Lead the team of procurement professionals to develop and implement sourcing strategies to meet company KPIs.
• Manage all the activities for the tenders from start to finish for high quality bids (i.e., bid responses, funding requests, participation requests, etc.).
• Monitoring of the bid management to ensure it is aligned with the organization's requirements Contribution in cost and price calculations.
