- Execute sales strategies of the company with effective plan to preserve the optimum level of sales / collection.
- Achieving the sales tasks via its delegation to a team of 32 sales people with various nationalities and different cultures selling more than 160 pharmaceutical &Health Care &Cosmo-ceutical products.
-Provide necessary actions for maximising sales& insure a complete coverage in almost 1050 active accounts in K.S.A and accomplish monthly sales plan constantly & setting individual targets for each account in sales & collection.
-Maintain a high level of education & awareness through setting a training program to the sales people (inside & outside the Kingdom).
-Announces the monthly achievement for each Area Manager to focus on the weak areas and set the correction plan required.
-Regular field double visits and follow up to raise up the quality of service for all of our clients specially the key customers and pillars & to insure the implementation of the company policy from the field force people.
- Facilitate the internal and external communication to maintain the successful relationship with the clients by applying the most recent technology uses PDA for effective reporting and support stock monitoring & order requests on spot and transmit to the company managers directly.
-Direct communications with the National and multinational companies under the name of Jamjoom to ensure the maximum satisfaction and relation stability which results a successful mutual business.
- Creating new professional marketing team with pharmaceutical graduation to promote the products for the companies related to Jamjoom for Medicine separated from our sister company Jamjoom Pharma team.
-Specific Tasks :-
- Monitoring & supporting the tender business.
-Revising & approving the monthly orders for the different companies to preserve sufficient stocks.
-Attend different exhibitions (Arab health Dubai ) and business symposiums in Barcelona & Kuala-lambour Attracting different international companies to add values to Jamjoom company's profile.
-Sharing with SFDA authorities in visiting & monitoring the plant sites to the related companies in U.K & Austria.

Goals achieved with Jamjoom:-

*Continuous Success with marvellous records in sales with respect to the sales target increases from 40Mn to 300Mn in the previous years.
*Excellent collection results reached to 100% from the sales which indicate the powerful access with our customers & maximise the business security and increase the company profits value.
*New launch of the promotional team indicate the progressive development of the company.
*New exclusive distribution to Sankom Switzerland company.
*Re-launch for Eucarbon herbal with sales increase 300% in 2011.
