• Supervising all activities in the facility in addition to the overseeing of team performance, expediting the receiving and shipping of goods, and ensuring efficient, organized storage.
• Working on streamlining activities inside the warehouse in a way to help in reducing burdens and costs, drive overall profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure that all safety and security procedures are fully implemented.
• Working out KPIs for all activities done in the warehouse using WMS reports.
• Ensure the team is performing a daily cycle counts, follow variances investigation, and take corrective action to meet the inventory accuracy targets.
• Ensure maintenance and daily checkup for the whole fleet and follow up on needed facility and equipment maintenance.
• Making sure that all customers are receiving their orders on time.
• Receive customer complaints and work on solving it in a minimal amount of time.
* Implementing WMS live project and setup from warehouse side (Item Master data, Location label sheet,
Slotting exercise, Logical location exercise, Location master template, Inbound/Outbound Strategies…).
* Leading, motivating, training and developing staff by setting clear and creative objectives for the team.
* Managing and controlling stock levels in an effective way.
* Handling all inventory transactions (Managing system, monitoring expiries Adjustments, Internal
transfer, Book…).
* Controlling damaged goods (damage warehouse, damage expiries, damage returns) and ensuring the
completeness of each inventory transaction.
* Sharing Reports with brand managers, supply chain and finance.
* Creating new items and ensuring the right storage type and allocation strategy to be applied.
* Ensuring that all inventory transactions are properly handled by guiding other departments and
providing them with all the information needed.
* Managing daily cycle counts based on a certain procedure and posting count differences into the system
to ensure proper allocation and accuracy of the inventory.
* Solving daily discrepancies with finance team.
* Investigating customer complaints.
* Managing warehouse utilization (Coordinating racking, storing and location templates)
* Managing stock move from one location to another.
* Raising incident and performance reports.
* Working with team leaders to review procedures and ensure KPI’s are being met.
* Solving system and operational issues for all warehouse departments.
