- Oversees the administration and maintenance of the company's infrastructure, and directs Station IT when necessary.

-Designing, Building, and Supporting ARAMEX-CAI infrastructure network includig 9 sites/branches administration and connectivity.
Including:
a) Designing and Building ARAMEX Headquarter Infrastruc-ture in Zamalek
site in 1998.
b) Designing, Building, Re-Allocating and moving ARAMEX Headquarter to
Dokki (Recent site) in 2000.
c) Designing, Building ARAMEX Logistics Warehouse for Express,
Domestic, and Logistics’ Operations in 2005
d) Designing, and Building new ARAMEX branches in Alexandria, Port
Said, Mansoura, Airport, Heliopolis, and other locations since 1998 until
now.
- Management of Information Systems including reports creation, as a Business development supporting tool.
-Perform and/or oversee software and application development, installation, and upgrades.
-Plan and implement network security, including building firewalls, applying cryptography to network applications, managing host security, file permissions, backup and disaster recovery plans, file system integrity, and adding and deleting users.
-Troubleshoot networks, systems, and applications to identify and correct malfunctions and other operational difficulties.
-Develop and conduct various training and instruction for system users on operating systems, relational databases, and other applications; assist users in maximizing use of networks and computing systems.
-Anticipate communication and networking problems and implement preventive measures.
-Ensure timely user notification of maintenance requirements and effects on system availability.
-Maintain confidentiality with regard to the information being processed, stored or accessed by the network.
-Installing, Configuring, Administrating and Troubleshooting NORSTAR Telephone system.
-Installing, Configuring, Administrating, and Troubleshooting AVAYA IP Telephony system, and bind 3 sites as internal VoIP communication.
- Consult with users and evaluate requirements, recommend designs, provide
cost analyses, plan projects, and coordinate tasks for installa-tion of data
networks.
- Analyze and resolve technical problems for established networks.
- Plan, test, recommend, and implement network, file server, mainframe, and
workstation hardware and software.
- Provide network documentation, training, and guidance to computing system
clients and programmers.
- Serve as technical specialist in network problems and emergencies.

- Conduct technical research on network upgrades and components to
determine feasibility, cost, time required, and compatibility with current
system.

- Install, upgrade, and configure network printing, directory structures, user
access, security, software, and file services.
