• Registration of the list of ships berthed on the quay.
• Receiving the documents of the ship from the shipping agencies and
making sure that it updated on the system
• Enter information related to the vessel upon arrival for the first time
• Prepare the port service request that the shipping agent wants to use
when working and provide him a request that includes these services and
the type of goods on the ship and their weight
• Receiving the files of the ships that left from the quay officer to prepare
them, making sure that all tickets are available
• Receiving the CT files related to the services for each ship of the
container ships and ensuring that they arrive in full on the CAMA
program
• Closing the ships and labeling them on the system in order to be ready
for pricing
• Receiving the papers of ships anchored on the quay from the guards with
the papers of the daily repairs of the ships to register them and return to
them when the ships are done.
• Communicate with the shipping agencies.
• Stored documents in designated locations to ensure easy access for
relevant information.
• Check completed work for accuracy.
• I support the Project Manager and Operations Supervisor in their daily
tasks and assume their responsibilities in their absence.
• Involved in providing full training for new candidates.
• Maintaining effective communication with clients, employees, and
management to ensure smooth operations.
