- take care of all the Guarantee works as follow:
1- Periodic check and report (Daily, weekly, .....etc)
2- prepaire the previntive maintenance schedules based on the manifacturers recomendations and apply it by the owner engineers.
3- Make the maintenance training programes to the Owner's engineers and apply this training during the real trouble shooting.
4- Report all the details to MHI head office and request support if necessary wihout interruption to the units operation.
5- control and report the site money flow and report the monthly balance.
6- Represent MHI company to the Owner and represintaves.
- Manage all of the electric and instrument works
- supply the sub-contractor with all necessary documents, Drawings and supervise the construction works based on the contract quality and standerds>
- Hand over the constructed works to the Consultant and Owner>
