Mirsani Pharma Co. is a Kuwaiti company working at Pharmacy services, it still under construction, I join to the company as IT Manager in January 2020 to build the applications and infrastructure needed, they have specific requirements for these applications. These requirements include a full ERP system, POS, CRM, Call & Support Management system, Mobile application, and website. with very special functions related to their business.

Key Responsibilities:
 Full analysis and design for all systems needed and document it.
 Contact with Egypt local software houses, to select the best vendor can build the application from scratch.
 Working as a Project Manager for development projects using Oracle Database for backend and Angular for UI.
 Built database structure and objects by myself for all modules.

Last 15 years working at a group of companies (Al Zahrani Holding) contains from 10 companies (2 trading companies,
two project & construction companies, three manufacturing companies, one food & beverage company, and two travel
and air cargo companies). Manage all implementation projects for Oracle EBS, Microsoft SharePoint, QlikView,
Openbravo ERP & POS, Omega restaurants system And ACL which cover all the business needed for all group
companies.

▪ Project manager for the implementation of the Oracle Fusion CRM Base - Oracle Sales Cloud Service for
Consumer Goods.
▪ Manage the implementation of the Oracle E-Business Suite in modules of Human Capital Management.
▪ Manage for the implementation of the Oracle E-Business Suite in modules of finance, order and inventory
management, purchase management, LCM, project management, cost, and billing.
▪ Manage the Microsoft SharePoint implementation project.
▪ Manage other implementation software projects like OpenBravo ERP & POS, Omega Restaurant system,
QlikView BI, and migration to Office 365.

Working as a senior Oracle developer to share the development of their ERP system

▪ Performed coding and design of the Production Control Program, Master Production Scheduler, Material
Required Planning, and the Capacity Resource Planning system.
▪ Coded and designed an integrated export management program for the Egypt Company For Guaranteed
Exports.
▪ Calibrated project resources to accomplish goals required within constraints such as time, cost, and agreed on
quality standards.
▪ Comprehended relevant methodologies, core processes, and transferring knowledge acquired to project team

▪ Developed a program for the Police Department to record and follow up on traffic accidents and traffic violations.
▪ Develop a Program for School Management, including all information related to students and teachers, class
distribution, and supervision.
▪ I have devised a special program for a Psychological Hospital entailing all data related to patients, staff and
clinics, patient and drug management in addition to nursing staff roster maintenance.
▪ I have designed a program for the Specifications Administration affiliated to the Ministry of Commerce to trace
samples received from customs to labs in Riyadh for testing and automated the results management.
