Job Description:
▪ The scope of work included wide range of tasks involved in Supervision, monitoring, and inspection and ensuring the proper installation and
functioning of all MEP System activities of underground Station carried out by contractor on site on behalf of employer in accordance with
specification and reviewing and understand the project scope and specification along with the ITPs, drawings, and method statements for each
work activity, ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
▪ Responsible for Supervision, monitoring, and inspection all aspects of underground Station 1B4, 1C1& 1C2, which include but not limited to
communication all Electrical, Mechanical, and Plumbing Systems: - LV (Low Voltage) Power System: Electrical systems for powering equipment
and appliances, Lighting System: Design, installation, and testing of lighting fixtures. BMS (Building Management System): Monitors and controls
building functions like HVAC and lighting. UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply): Provides backup power during outages. Earthing & Bonding
System: Ensures electrical safety by grounding equipment. Installation and testing of elevators and escalators. Fire Alarm System, FM200
System: Fire suppression system using a clean agent. Installation and testing of water supply and drainage systems. Firefighting System, HVAC
System Maintains comfortable indoor temperature and air quality. Tunnel Ventilation: Provides fresh air circulation in tunnels.
▪ Under the lead of the RE do the required reviews and approvals for all Contractors submittals like (WIRs, MIRs, SORs, NCRs, Shop drawings, etc.)
Verify the accuracy of contractors’ shop and as-built drawings, CWP, materials submittals, tie-in procedures, project schedules, work permits
through ACONEX and coordinate with the concerned departments for obtaining their approval and/or their comments.
▪ Identifying site issues/defected work or non-compliance/approved materials and raising non-conformance report (NCR) after consulting the RE
and the QA Engineer assigned to the workplace. Also follow up the NCR on-site once the Close Out actions have been agreed.
▪ Providing the RE and the Construction Manager with site information as and when required and Reporting to the Construction
Manager/Resident Engineer and be able to undertake duties as assigned with the minimum of supervision.
▪ Liaising with the site management to ensure effective co-ordination of the works with regards to inspections and investigations and ensuring
that regular inspection requests from the contractor are complied with and applied consistently.
▪ Conduct regular (daily) site visits and supervise, verify the installation of electrical works ensuring compliance with the contract documents.
▪ Attending authority inspection is as per the project schedule and attending all testing & commissioning of electrical services.
▪ Participate in equipment FATs, commissioning, and start-up as required.
▪ Support HSE with risk assessments during commissioning phase and ensuring implementation and adherence to the requirements of the HSE
management System including notify management of unsafe working conditions.

▪ The scope of work included Supervised Street lighting installations and maintenance activities in sub regions, expanded coverage of lighting
systems in sub-region parts of the Jeddah city to meet the public’s demand for additional lighting. which include but not limited to network
communication / power cabling (M.V., L.V Cables and lighting panels, lighting poles, high masts, feeder pillar, etc.
▪ Inspecting of low voltage (LV) power systems design, to connect the power lighting systems and other systems all over the development by
making sure voltage drop and power fluctuation are within tolerable limits, Supervision of Electrical activities as per approved design and
contract specification and make sure that all materials used comply with the approved Material Approval Request.
▪ Evaluated and reviewed contractors’ requirements of energy equipment’s to ensure that it has conformed to the specified standards and
criteria.
▪ Assure construction projects are completed in compliance with drawings and specifications, within schedule & allocated budget.
▪ Conducting regular (daily) site visits and supervise / inspect and certify the installation of electrical services to accept or reject contractors’
workmanship and ensuring conformance to client's specifications and contractual obligations ensuring compliance with the contract documents.
▪ Testing and commissioning of all the installation of electrical works, as per approved design and contract specification, in addition to monitoring
all works within the site such as the work of installation & testing to the final stage of the operation.
PROJECT :( 600 VILLAS) AL AIN AL GAREBA SHAMAL AL SHUAIBAH NATIONAL HOUSING
Job Description:
▪ The scope of work included wide range of tasks involved Supervision, monitoring, and inspection of all electrical systems works activities carried
out by contractor on site on behalf of employer in accordance with specification and reviewing and understand the project scope and
specification along with the ITPs, ensuring the proper installation and functioning of the Villas project.
▪ Verify the accuracy of contractors ‘drawings and method statements for each work activity, Inspection Request forms, WIR - Work Inspection
Request and REAL cards, discrepancies found shall be reported via NCR through VBC Online portal. Maintaining first-level quality assurance to
confirm that the installation of all discipline.
▪ Responsible to ensure the correct implementation of the project quality plan and quality procedures and productivity related to all electrical
works in accordance with program of work on site and ensure that all electrical site activities are conducted under controlled conditions as per
shop drawings, method statements, specification, and work plan, Maintaining checklists and weekly progress reports.
▪ Monitoring contractor’s Health and Safety performance, recording and reporting failures to the RE.
▪ Conducting regular (daily) site visits and supervise / inspect and certify the installation of electrical services to accept or reject contractors’
workmanship and ensuring conformance to client's specifications and contractual obligations ensuring compliance with the contract documents.
▪ Responding to issues involving permanent or temporary construction works. Evaluating the issues, liaising, advising, and implementing agreed
remedial works to minimize adverse consequences to the ongoing works.
▪ Maintaining daily contact with the site staff to ensure activities are coordinated. Attend the regular and formal performance meetings with all
parties to ensure that issues are being raised, addressed, and formulate any report requested by the Resident Engineer/Construction Manager
▪ Inspections program in addition to monitoring all works within the site such as the work of installation & testing, to the final stage of the
operation.
▪ Coordinate Electrical installations with various trades, including architects, structural engineers, MEP Wet Engineers, and other subcontractors
to avoid conflicts and ensure seamless project execution.
▪ Provide field checks for the installation components of the electrical system being installed, ensuring that electrical systems, components, and
equipment comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
PROJECT: - UPGRADING THE TRAffiC MOVEMENT AND INTERSECTIONS IN CENTRAL AREA AND
UNDERGROUND CAR PARKING 2ND BASEMENT IN AL AIN.
Job Description: -
▪ The scope of work included Provide on-site supervision and technical support for electrical construction activities, including installation,
testing, and commissioning of electrical systems and equipment’s for street lighting system at Al Ain central area Also it includes underground
parking 2 Basement. as per contractual agreement in Al Ain Municipality.
▪ Inspecting of low voltage (LV) power systems design, to connect the power lighting systems and other systems all over the development by
making sure voltage drop and power fluctuation are within tolerable limits, Supervision of Electrical activities as per approved design and
contract specification and make sure that all materials used comply with the approved Material Approval Request.
▪ Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure that electrical works are executed according to project plans,
schedules, and budget constraints.
▪ Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance with project specifications, quality
standards, and safety regulations.
▪ Review and approve electrical shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements submitted by contractors and subcontractors.
▪ Coordinate with other disciplines, such as civil, mechanical, and architectural, to ensure integration and coordination of electrical works with
overall project requirements.
▪ Ensure adherence to relevant codes, standards, and regulations governing electrical construction works in Al Ain Municipality UAE.
▪ Testing and commissioning of all the installation of electrical works, as per approved design and contract specification, in addition to

Job Description: -
▪ Review the Electrical drawings, reports, and specifications and ensure completeness, correctness, constructability, and compliance with the
scope of work and agreed requirements.
▪ Responsible for supervising and coordinating the work activities according to project quality assurance manual and ensure that the works are
carried out in a safe manner in accordance with the project safety plan.
▪ Implements the inspection and test plan and obtains the supervising engineers approval at each stage of the works.
▪ Responsible and conducting walk downs with the client during construction completion work (CCW) and Electrical completion work (ECW)
activities.

▪ Inspection of electrical installation in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings and Provision of installing the conduits and wiring for
lighting and power system, CCTV, Fire alarm System, install lighting system & LV, Cables.
▪ Supervision of Electrical activities as per approved design and contract specification and make sure that all materials used comply with the
approved Material Approval Request.
▪ Monitors all electrical installations to assure circuitry phasing, equipment, and grounding adhere to construction documents and National
Electric Code requirements.
