• Manage company network (SQL servers, windows servers), firewall, switches and routers.
• Resolve the Network, server and PC Problems
• Provide IT technical support
• Handle the support for the company PDA ‘s product for the middle east
• Evaluate new PDA product and decide the product range.
• Select PDA spare parts and manage the inventory
