Repsonsible on monitoring company performance by developing and implementing the necessary processes and their KPIs, measuring and reporting them, and initiating the necessary corrective actions.
Responsible on monitoring Customer complaints and their solutions within the organization.
Responsible on monitoring process improvement action plans to achieve customer staisfaction.
Responsible on planning, managing and conducting QMS internal audits within the organization.
Memeber of the EMS internal audit team.

Handle daily Process audits on the assembly line
Gather line defect analysis from segments quality engineers to discuss within the factory review meetings.
Implement and monitor LPSplus (LEONI Productivity system) elements within work organization;
Train and monitor quality engineers performance to achieve “Right first time”.
Monitor and analyse factory figures to ensure compliance with targets.
Managing preparations for customer visits and audits;
Handling and maintaining ISO/TS16949 requirements and TUV Germany audits.
Quality core team member in FORS (new ERP) system implemntation project.

Coordinating supplier concerns
Components and Cables Inspection
Assure dealing with approved suppliers and materials.
Handling and participating in Internal System and Process audits.

Handle daily process audits on the assembly line;
Analyse line defects and organize necessary meetings to find solutions using several problem solving technics;
Ensure compliance to customer specifications
Handling and issuing supplier concerns and quality reports
Handling customer concerns by making the necessary containment actions, finding roote cause, make sure that corrective and preventive actions are implemented
Handling and maintaining ISO/TS16949 requirements

Issue and monitor maintenance schedules
Preparing a maintenance plan for all machinery, equipment & utilities
Create complete anaylsis for data collected
Create daily, weekly & monthly production plan,
Coordinate between sales and production to achieve scheduled customer requirements
