• Lead contract negotiation with local and international vendors \[ALU, Motorola, Huawei, NSN, …\], accountable for obtaining best technical SLA and commercial terms, this also includes the full` contracts’ cycles of renewals, Amendments, Non-Disclosure Agreements, responding to RFP/RFI/RFQs.
• Co-operate with procurement department to make use of Corporate Sourcing Contracts (CSC’s) made by shareholders to get maximum discounts and optimal prices.
• Resolve business risks through including relevant terms in all Vendors contracts to guarantee business continuity and operations excellence, co-ordinate with legal department to ensure that the contract and service is according to local law and regulations.
• Managing purchase order, invoicing processes and delivered technical acceptance.
• Support Technology Department \[BSS, NSS, VAS\] with contract related issues and claim strategy during offer preparation and project implementation phase, be the prime contact for the project team in contractual matters.
• Initiate quarterly account management reviews with key vendors to address technical or business issues raised at account review meetings.
• Enhancing the business processes to ensure better operational results, and ensure alignment with the business strategy, financial budgets \[OPEX, CAPEX\], and technology short and long term goals.

• Manage the emergency and escalation procedure; check that all processes and SLA are met.
