• Define, select, and continuously improve software QA/QC processes.
• Strongly managed all the functional, integration, smoke, regression, and performance testing on development projects and maintenance.
• Perform key roles in manual and automation test plan, test design, test cases writing and execution, effort estimation, and defect management.
• Strong experience in analyzing and interpreting business requirements, functional specifications, technical documents, proposal documents, user manuals, standard operating procedures and product reports.
• High experience in root cause analysis, resolution, documentation, testing and post production validation of multiple UAT defects and production incidents.

• Identify test requirements from specifications, map test case requirements and design test coverage plan.
• Attending client meetings and calls on daily basis to have better understanding on requirements and help them whenever required.
• Good experience in preparation and execution of automated test scripts using HP QTP/UFT
