• Find & develop qualified leads, then convert them through the sales process into prospects and customers.
• Perform regular visits to qualified prospects and customers to drive the business and grow the company's revenue, market share and profitability.
• Grow the company's air and ocean freight business/services in an assigned territory, in accordance with corporate objectives (gross profit).
• Communicating effectively with Customers and responding to all their requirements and quotation request.
• Prepare monthly report to our CFO concerning the commercial activity, pending issues and vessels & goods status.
• Set up Sales Forecast & Sales target definition and ensuring its achievement.

• Reporting competitors activities, manage and organize promotional events in the peak season.

• Ensure the payment, materials, production and delivery on time in order to meet our goals.

• PSI management by account and monitor sales trends in forecast error.
• Implement Supply chain new process and ERP to focus on optimizing inventories and service level.

• Booking in deliveries and liaising with customers.

• Checking all partners in the supply chain are working effectively and efficiently to secure smooth operations.
• Communicating effectively with Customers and responding to all their requirements.
• Booking sub-contractors and secure the delivery within agreed terms.
• Share the correct lead time as Shipment departure, arrival and docs release to our Customers in order to avoid any kind of breakdown our trust.
• Dealing with the effects of congestion and containers demerges cost & charges.
• Prepare monthly report to our CFO concerning the commercial activity and the situation of the vessels.
• Check the Good imported, received in our bonded warehouse.
• Verify physically the models name and quantity Vs models name and quantity mentioned in documents.
• Input the real models name and quantity received in our database system.
• List up the demand of our Customers as per their production schedule.
• Issue all Export documents needed for our delivery.
• Monitoring preparation of all orders to be delivery per customer
• Finalize all Customs clearance of Export, Domestic Operations.
• Clear out the Order delivery of our database system.
• Collect the evidence of delivery confirmed from each customer by our Truck driver.
