Prepare and check payroll and ensure levels of quality, security and confidentiality required;
Ensure up to date and accurate statistics of payroll are maintained;
Deal with employees complains regarding their pay and provide administrative documents (payslips, ...);
Establishment of contracts, amendments and administrative documents of employees (including Foreign work contract for expatriates).
Assist international employees with expatriate assignments and related HR matters.
Recruitment and Onboarding:
Implementation of sourcing strategy based on recruitment needs to attract the best talent;
Recruitment Agencies relationship management;
Manage the Recruitment process;
Induction for new employees;
Conduct probation period assessment;
Human Resources Management:
Creation and implementation of HR policy: HR processes, internal rules;
Conduct weekly meetings with respective business units;
Consult with line management providing HR guidance when appropriate;
Assist into annual Performance management;
Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.
Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention;
The company interface with Insurance, Work inspection…;
Maintain in depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partner with legal department as needed/required.
HR Team Organization:
Manage the HR Team and ensure group cohesion;
Provide positive challenges, visibility and perspective to the team;
Allocate clear responsibilities based on area of expertise and balance workloads between collaborators;
