synchronized fabrication slots with site programs.
• Achieved SAR M annual savings via should‑cost on extrusion/fabrication, alternative
routes, and duty reliefs; reduced demurrage/detention by 30%with proactive DO and
truck slotting.
• Built a vendor‑risk framework (quality, capacity, geo‑risk) and expedite playbook for
