Expertise in implementation and support of Microsoft Solutions,
• Implement & Manage solutions with High Availability and business continuity
• Manage and administer Office 365 environment with Exchange Online, including user accounts, licenses, security settings, and permissions.
• Implement SharePoint Online sites, libraries and create workflows.
• Set up and manage Microsoft Teams, enabling seamless communication, online
meetings, and collaboration among users.
• Monitor and maintains Azure Active Directory, managing user identities, access
controls, and single sign-on (SSO) integration with other applications

• Design and implement network firewall solutions to protect organizational
networks from unauthorized access, malware, and other security threats
including rule creation, policy updates, and system maintenance.

identifying vulnerabilities and recommending appropriate security controls.
• Configure and manage Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies to prevent unauthorized data exposure and ensure compliance,

• Manage virtualized environments to Perform virtual machine provisioning,
configuration and management, ensuring optimal performance and resource.
