 Handling NSSF declarations & documents including subscriptions.
 Managing income taxes R3, R4, R5, R6, R7 and R10 from A to Z

BUDGET & COST MANAGEMENT / EXTERNAL AFFAIRS:
 Creating the HR yearly budget and adjusting it as per the upcoming situations
 Managing HR-related cost savings and controlling the HR budgets as set by the executive management
 Generating analytic reports and presentations for feedback to management
 Creating and editing all HR policies and procedures including the internal rules & regulations and employee handbook
 Control and audit all the departmental files for NSSF inspections
 Ensure the compliance with all legal issues
 Assure proper work environment
