TALENT ACQUISITION MANAGEMENT:
Managing the staffing process including coordinating recruitment ads create job postings on several hiring channels.
Interviewing, recruiting (Head Hunt) and conducting onboarding process for new hires.
Managing the orientation of new employees, process probationary review and employee evaluations
Analyzing the skills and qualifications required for particular job and create job descriptions when needed

TRAINING AND CAREER DEVELOPMENT:
Developing, implementing and maintaining a quantifiable recurrent performance appraisal system
Handling succession planning
Defining the yearly annual training plan along with the budget required
Coordinating and negotiating with training companies for training sessions
Handling training sessions and its ROI
EMPLOYEE RELATIONS:
Handling staff grievance
Issuing departmental memorandums
Managing the employee satisfaction process
Handling relocations and transfers
Handling staff conflicts and complaints
Assuring staff compliance with the rules and regulations
Handling end of service, terminations and off-boarding process (including exit interviews and filling the related forms).

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
Reviewing and assessing pay scales, base pay/incentives and set wages for new positions within the organization
Benchmarking data to remain competitive in terms of salaries and benefits
Ensuring compensation practices are in line with labor legislation
Preparing and realizing the payroll
Handling Advances /loan on salaries and their associated risk assessments
Managing and validating overtimes.
Managing and realizing additional payment orders
Overseeing /validating staff leaves and absences
Handling NSSF declarations & documents including subscriptions.
Managing income taxes R3, R4, R5, R6, R7 and R10 from A to Z
BUDGET & COST MANAGEMENT / EXTERNAL AFFAIRS:
Creating the HR yearly budget and adjusting it as per the upcoming situations
Managing HR-related cost savings and controlling the HR budgets as set by the executive management
Generating analytic reports and presentations for feedback to management
Creating and editing all HR policies and procedures including the internal rules & regulations and employee handbook
Control and audit all the departmental files for NSSF inspections
Ensure the compliance with all legal issues
Assure proper work environment
