• Preparing monthly, quaterly and annual financial reports singe handed. Carrying out all the financial and accounting tasks single handed.

operations, growth and future plans.

for Budget Preparation; Monthly/Quarterly/Annually. Thereafter analysing performance
against the budget and advising the Board on cost control procedures.
• Analyzing and maintaining all financial management and financial control policies and

Group.
• Monitoring and interpreting cash-flows (liquidity) and predicting the future trends.
• Liaising with auditors to ensure annual monitoring.

• Reviewing and verifying the financial statements of clients following International Standards on Auditing.
• Ensuring financial statements compliance with International Accounting Standards and International Financial Reporting Standards where applicable.
• Ensuring proper books of accounts are kept and maintained by the client.
• To obtain sufficient, relevant and reliable evidence for satisfaction on various matters necessary to form an opinion
• To perform an audit of the financial statements of the organisation to detect, real or perceived, irregularities and illegal acts in the conduct of the business of the organisation.
