•Being a Civil engineer by working as MEP Planner for world's biggest building Project has expose me to the real time coordination issues and the repetitive work involved especially the work above ceiling causing loss to the company.
Since Iam well aware of all the drawings related to Architectural / ID /Structural & MEP have by which I have taken proactive measure in the project by implementing internal release form among civil, mep, finishing trades and conducted coordination meeting regularly to avoid repetitive work and to achieve the target completion with safety, easy, economical on time completion without compromising to quality.

• Since 2009 doing own projects and running First Point Engineers academy training engineers of Civil / Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation & Architects how to execute High rise buildings by explaining them an executed 54 floors building including Podium with PPT's. Videos covering complete Engineering, Procurement, Construction by which engineers will take proactive measure in coordination and will avoid abortive work as they will be fully aware of all the drawings in engineering and the coordination needed.
• Following drawings are explained :
Architectural: Architectural drawing, Furniture layout, Elevation and sections, Interior design, Reflected ceiling drawings, Precast drawings etc.
Civil & Structural:
Coordinates and level drawings, Foundation, Slab, Beam, Column, Walls drawings sections, Builders work etc.
Mechanical:
Schematic riser diagram for chilled water, Air diagram, Plumbing (Fire fighting +Water supply+ Drainage). Layout drawing for plumbing, fire fighting, HVAC, Builders work, Equipment schedule drawing etc...
Electrical:
Single line riser diagram for medium voltage, low voltage, Layout of cable routing, Feeder data, Lighting, power, Panel board schedule drawings, Builders work drawings etc...
Low current System:
Aware of single line riser diagram for Low current system such as Fire Alarm, Voice evacuation system, Layout diagram for Multimedia Net work system such as Public Adress, Access control, CCTV sytem, Hotel lock system, Fire fighter telephone system, Builders work drawings etc.
Procurement : Engineers will be aware of Local / Long Lead Material also
they prepare the log of E1 & E2 reports.
Construction : Excavation to Handover of complete project with PPT's and Video are explained .
At the end of 2-months training engineers can confidently work on any project and can perform the following duties also they are multi talented as they are given the real time executed project training the project execution will be economical.
Engineers will be fully aware of ordering the material as approved by the consultants, they will work on the latest updated drawings and execute the work accordingly by getting inspection of all the work from the consultant regularly, assisting the contracts department for payment certificate, They are fully aware of using RFI, ECR etc., Preparing progress report and highlighting the problems effecting the progress and action needed, will attend the minutes of meeting and will take action as per the MOM, Preparing different types of reports to expedite the progress, allocating resources as per the open area available, Will submit backcharges, reporting variation due to change in design etc.etc.
Responsible for complete project execution, Sub contractor finalization

Duties & Responsibilities Brief( India & Saudi Arabia):
• Following up complete Engineering, Procurement & Construction.
• Taking proactive measures for the benefit of the company as construction involves coordination with each trades.
• Assigning of Qualified subcontractors in coordination with contracts dept.
• Responsible for Hiring of qualified Staff for the company.
• Responsible for Training of Engineers for the company to avoid repetitive works and to achieve the target with Quality and more productivity.
• Attending meetings with consultants and the Top management and taking actions.
• Reviewing the design drawings, shop drawings, scope of works and preparing schedules (Master, Summary, Detail ) integrating EM activities with Civil and Finishing activities as per the zoning.
• Preparing Procurement & Material delivery schedules
• Preparing Cash flows as per the schedules for the project
• Preparing Manpower Histograms, Progress S-Curve (Planned Vs. Actual)
• Recognizing long lead items and follow-up with the procurement dept.
• Preparing Progress report and submitting to the Chief engineer.
• Monitoring & updating schedule weekly and highlighting the areas of concern.
• Coordinating Contracts Department for Payment Certificate Preparation
• Issues different kinds of progress & evaluation reports, attending site meetings, coordination with all concerned in the activities, which are related to engineering, procurement, construction etc.
• Releasing areas for False ceiling, Wall & Floor as per the approved inspection ticket received from Mechanical and Electrical Engineers.
• Issuing Target schedule for subcontractors.
• Preparing recovery plan by revising the schedule.
