Lead generation as appropriate within the UAE to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities. Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging personal & professional network. Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization. Research and build relations with MNC’s & Corporate clients. Preparing the cost proposals considering all the elements under ISO guidelines. Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion. Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships.
Work with technical & design staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs. Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs
Responsible to generate and develop new business opportunities for Fit-Out.
Actively involved in managing, forecasting, planning, driving the business activity that
has consistently exceeded the targets.
Evaluating competitor activity and developing appropriate responses
Establish positive working relations with Real Estate Agents & Building Management and creating new prospects.
Follow up & build long terms relationships with key clients and stake holders.
Monitor, follow-up and update records on all enquiries received.
Proactively resolve issues and client queries and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
Regularly visiting highly commercial areas namely Business Bay, TECOM, JLT, etc.
Conducting on job training for new joiners.
Accountable for completing sales objectives and general quality of service.
Perform sales and marketing calls to reserve meetings with prospective clients.
Send follow-up marketing materials and build follow-up calls/monthly until relationship
is recognized.
Call and face-to-face visit prospective, new and presented customers to assist
new business.
Carry out client presentations expressing the value plan of products, solutions, and service offering.
Direct efforts to develop customer experience at the point of sales.
Handle product sales increase, individual sales efficiency and account bases by assessments sales activity plan.
