Customer Care :
Provide support to the customers about status of their equipment calibration.

Co-ordinate with day-to-day laboratory activities as per the urgent requirement of customer equipment.

Sending Calibration Re-call Notice to all our customers and follow up.

Follow up our quotation status that we sent to the customers.

Schedule, co-ordinate and conducts periodic visit to the customers.

Assisting (Service Manager) to get new Customer contacts and arranging meetings.

Follow up for the existing customer equipment.

Assist the Service Manager in promoting the concept of calibration & service
related to our key customers in the field of Aviation, Communications & Oil & Gas Construction.

Lab Operation :
Co-ordinate between our Technicians and customers for all works related to the equipment that we received.

Supervise and direct the work flow in the Receipt & Dispatch Section.

Monitor the on going performance of the entry of customer equipment thru our on-line computing system (SMS) to ensure that customer’s urgent requirement is fulfilled.

Assisting the Dispatch section during the activity of Auditing.

Control & verifying the Calibration Certificates issued by the Technicians.

Assisting in logistics works for the shipment within UAE or Overseas consignment.

Schedule delivery and pick-up the instruments.

Maintaining, Tracking and Handling of RMA

Preparation of meeting the adequacy as per ISO 9001:2008 & ENAS Standards and compliance to these procedures, attending Bi-annual audits and updating quality records.

Interacting with customers during their visit to the Service Center for inspection and their external auditing program.

Expediting / Liaise with all Aviation Customers/suppliers within UAE and over- seas (OEM) to fulfill their day-to-day operational requirement and return the units as per GCAA / FAA / EASA / requirements of Calibrated units and relevant Certificates, Reports, Stickers and Tags etc.
