• Support operation and maintenance Respond to unusual and emergency operating and to restore normal operating conditions.
• Participate in troubleshooting and root cause analysis investigations and provide recommendations.
• Develop and implement cost effective maintenance plans and schedules to maximize plant reliability.
• Maintain and ensure availability of sparepart stock and tool.
• Perform Planning and Scheduling of Fuel Supply, Oil, Lubrication & Coolant.

• Write technical and executive reports and letters.

• Perform Electrical CAD Wiring Diagram Drawing for Power Plant in 2D.
• Making CAD drawing of diesel generator in 3D.
• Coordinate subordinate and report to Manager for any issue related with utility supply
• Scheduling Preventive Maintenance, Breakdown Maintenance, and Overhaul to All Facility Machine and Equipment.
• Support, assist & research in projects installation of new equipment, mechanical design using Computer Aided Design (CAD)

• Manage Purchasing Request of Technical Part by ERP System
• Manage Job Order Spare Part Request to Machine Shop and Workshop
• Perform environment internal audit
• Support & Maintain production supply minimum down time
• Directly interface with user complain and build CAR (Corrective Action Report)
• Coordinate subordinate and report to manager for any issue in related with utility plant supply
• Transfer/train new ECN (Engineering Change Notice) to all technician and line production
• Implement new/revision SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) to line production
• Identify and implement productivity improvement and cost reduction project.
• ITR (Inspection Trouble Report) analysis in related with QA Auditor
• Involved in Research and Development special project
Goal Achievement :
• Success in reducing plant electric usage at peak load cost that consist of reducing electricity usage and reducing de-incentive of power consumption and KVARH and save millions every month.
• Success in installing capacitor bank at compressor machine that reduce ampere real time consumption up to 20 % that influence to the total company electric usage.
• Success in decreasing refrigeration temperature that influenced to electric consumption of refrigeration machines and refrigerant usage which still keep temperature of production area according to the environment standard operating procedure.
• Success in decreasing total down time of the plan until 15 % lower than the total of the previous year.Success in changing process of Waste Water Treatment which could reduce cost of sludge by reducing volume of the sludge, reduce chemical cost usage, and reduce the poison of the outlet in order to support ISO 14001 project.
• Success in studying of Nitrogen Cabinet Flow Standard Usage that could decrease usage of N2 up to 40 % every month with still keep the minimum lower level of material condition.
• Success In Revising SOP 2006 Titled “Facilities And Environment Condition Requirements For Operation Area”
• Success In Revising MS 5004 Titled “Facilities Maintenance Procedure”
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot facilities machines and plants such as : HVAC, Air compressor, Air Handling Unit, Chiller, Cooling Tower, Deionized Water Plant, Waste Water Treatment Plant, Diesel Generator.
• Handle and responsible all problem in team related with process at line production, and report to facilities supervisor.
• Handle ITR corrective action in related with FQA Auditor Engineer
• Maintain, Keep and follow SOP about quality and working procedure to meet process standardization.
