Representing and assisting business or assets owners either individuals or companies mainly in fields of Real estates, Hotels, Industries and Information Technology with duties not limited to :
- Providing an Asset Owner’s strategic, whole-of-network viewpoint and advocacy and an understanding of the impacts of decisions on related assets.
- Fast, expert advice to assist with trouble shooting, issues arising and providing Asset Owners with confidence in decision making.
- Providing expert, hands-on, in-depth, knowledge of the assets and their management, including technical understanding.
- Monitor the state and maintenance of the asset and review the budget .
- Ensure scope and schedule are executed as planned and expected consistency is maintained across projects.
Inspection of hotels assets including all systems and buildings in order to insure assets are well maintained by management company and advice for best practices.
-Ensure that best practices of quality, safety and hygiene are being applied in hotels and facilities.
-Review & evaluate preventative maintenance plans, Energy management plans, P&L, service contracts & or related engineering activities.
-Participate in finalizing FF&E plans for hotels
-Review & Approve for scrape committees.
-Review & Approve for new projects or modification requests in hotels....
Leading operation and maintenance department for business & residential compounds in Sheikh Zayed like Capital Business Park .
