The project is a High End Residential Development that consists of Serviced Apartments and Villas to
be sold in addition to a 5-Star Hotel that has 196 Keys along the magnificent Fujairah Beach Front. The
Project Main Works Package consists of 4 Serviced Apartments Buildings (171 Apartments), 5 Beach
Villas and 5 Garden Villas and Hotel (196 Keys) with Underground Car Park and all related facilities
and Infrastructure Works.
Duties:
• Overall Design Management and Supervision of Design Submissions Process.
• Monitoring and reporting Design Progress and Delivery Schedules for all related activities
in order to meet the deadline for Tender Submission.
• Lead the work sessions and coordination activities.
• Conducting several meetings including Design Progress Meetings, Coordination and
Technical Workshops.
• Interacting with the Client for assessing requirements and implementing them throughout
Tender Documents.
• Ensuring Quality of Design works is in compliance with Design Guidelines, Client’s
Requirements, Authority Regulations and Code & Standards.
• Floating the Tenders and sending Invitations Letters to Contractors.

• Developing Pre-qualification Questionnaires and Evaluation Criteria’s to short list
Contractors.
• Responding to Tenderer’s Queries / Clarifications.
• Issuance of Post Tender Clarifications to Tenderers.
• Participating in Post Tender Meetings with the Tenderers.
• Implement Value Engineering Items without compromising the Project Quality /
Requirements.
• Preparation of Technical Evaluation Report for Main Package Works and PS Items.
• Evaluate Tenders and write the recommendation to award to the Client.
Presidential Palace Project is one of the most prestigious, land mark and high scaled construction
Project of the United Arab Emirates. The Palace development includes, Civil, Architectural, MEP,
Interior Fit out works, FF&E, Landscape, Marine and infrastructure works over 150 hectares of land.
Duties:
• Overall Construction Management and Supervision of works.
• Supervision & monitoring of Consultants' design drawings.
• Coordination of civil works with finishes & MEP activities.
• Monitoring and control of progress of construction works.
• Monitoring the approval status of materials / shop drawings / method statements.
• Overall oversight of consultant and contractor performance in site construction matters.
• Monitoring of submittals and coordinating between contractors and consultants to resolve
any issues.
• Monitoring of safety & quality.
• Participating in design modifications / architectural solutions of arising discrepancies due
to site condition.

The project is mainly to carry out rennovation works for an existing building "Abu Dhabi Judicial Departmment
- Court Houses Complex", the built up area of the main building is 25000 m2 approximately. The project
includes I.D. Fit out and Decoration Works.
Duties:
• Participating in design modifications / architectural solutions of arising discrepancies due
to site condition.
• Monitoring and reporting site progress for all related activities.
• Provide expertise to site team to avoid/resolve quality problems.
• Coordinating between different site activities with contractors and consultant.
• Provide early warning of potential quality problems.
• Supervised and monitored Consultants' design drawings.
• Chaired technical and progress meetings.
• Interacting with clients for assessing requirements and reporting project progress.
• Assist in tender Analysis and provided Clients with suitable recommendations.
• Analyze Contractors’ tender submissions and make recommendations to the Client.

- Lulu Hypermarket Project in Baniyas

The proposed Lulu Hypermarket (B+G+2F) is one of the chains of Lulu Hypermarketsin Baniyas. It
comprises car parking in the basement level; supermarket in the ground floor level; department stores
in the first, second, the utility services are located at the roof level. The proposed building is a reinforced
concrete building to be cladded with aluminum cladding and glazed curtain walls.
Duties:
• Progress work monitoring & participating in preparing weekly & monthly reports for the
clients.
• Assist in preparing variation orders & value engineering studies as per project
requirements & clients’ recommendations.
• Market studies for any provisional sum or prime cost items as indicated in contract
documents and preparations for subcontract agreements.
• Reporting all discrepancies between actual and planned activities submitted by the
contractor on weekly bases.
• Ensure all activities to comply with specifications & requirement of the project.
• Attend random site inspections and laboratory tests.
• Reviewed and assessed the validity of variations to the works.
• Participating in the site meetings with Client / Consultant / Contractor.
• Checking, verifying and recommending the Consultant/Contractor payment certificates for
further processing by the client.

City, Abu Dhabi, U.A.E. that is comprised of the following components:
▪ The Mall Sector (Sector A) comprised of underground parking area+ Mall area + 3 offices
buildings (9 Stories each) + 1 furnished apartments building (9 stories) - Total built up area is
115, 553.00 SM. (Including 34, 500 SM underground parking).
▪ The 10 Buildings Sector (Sector B) comprised of underground parking area10 Residential
Buildings (1B+G+11 Floors) - Total built up area is 109, 894.00 SM.
▪ The 6 Buildings Sector (Sector C) comprised of 6 residential buildings (1B+G+11 Floors each)
and a Mosque. - Total built up area is 58, 285.00 SM.
▪ External works comprised of roads, landscape, boundary wall, external services & deck area

Duties:
• Assisting in Quality Assurance & keep tracking of all Submittals, RFI, NCR, etc...
• Review daily, weekly reports prepared by Contractors (Manpower & Progress) & compare
it against actual self-prepared reports.
• Follow up with General Contractor on procurement log & delivery of materials.
• Follow up with Signage Subcontractor and review their design proposals and send
recommendations to the Client.
• Follow up with ID Subcontractor (for Mall & Furnished Apartments) and review their design
proposals and send recommendations to the Client.
• Conduct site tours to monitor site progress, quality & safety, & to cooperate with the safety
& QA/QC Engineers in these fields.
• Attending both progress & coordination meetings.
• Prepare a daily internal report for the consultant activities & No. of inspections
• (Indicating action taken by the consultant).
• Assist in reviewing contractors progress invoices & consultant overtime invoices.

- As-Samra Wastewater Treatment Plant Project.
Cost: US$ 169, 000, 000 Al Hashimeyyah-Jordan
As-Samra Wastewater Treatment Plant Project replaces the existing overloaded waste Stabilization
ponds with current capacity of 67.000m3/day.
The new plant will be capable of treating an average daily flow of 270, 000 m3/day and peak hour flow
of 540.000 m3/day to serve two million residents of the Amman & Zarqa areas. The effluent from the
new plant will meet Jordanian and international environmental standards for discharge into streams and
river valleys.
The scope of the project includes the design, construction, & operation & maintenance of a new
wastewater treatment plant at As Samra near Hashimeyyah, Jordan.
Duties:
• Prepared the project finished grading plan coordinated with the sidewalks, footpaths,
roads and surface drainage.
• Prepared complete road markings and road signs drawings.
• Updated the structural and architectural issued for construction drawings.
• Prepared the As-Built structural and architectural drawings for all the process buildings.

• Produced coordinated drawings for external services, i.e. electrical duct banks, GRP pipes
and service water lines.
Wadi Ma’in, Zara and Mujib Water Treatment and Conveyance Project
Cost: US$125, 000, 000 Dead Sea-Jordan
This project includes the final design, construction and operation of a 53 MCM/yr water treatment
plant including desalination facilities, at least 6 large pump stations (each with a capacity of
approximately 1.5 m³/s) and about 41 km of large-diameter pipelines extending from the Dead Sea to
Amman.
Duties:
• Review and response to Subcontractor’s request for information (RFI), submit site
instruction forms (SDI) for design modifications.
• Developed plans and utility profiles for outside piping at treatment plant site. Verified and
coordinated process piping work with other utility crossings.
• Responsible for preparation of as built drawings for treatment plant and pump stations.
• Provide support for construction, including E/M sections for all design related issues.
• Verify design submittals for accuracy to Engineer (Consultant).

New Administration building with a capacity of approximately 150 offices, 2 conference rooms, electrical
substation with an overall area of 4000 m2. The scope of work was mainly including most of the finishes
such as: Marble Flooring, Carpet, Decorative Paint, False Ceiling, Gypsum Board Wall Partitions,
External Weather-proof Painting, Ironmongery and Workstations.
Duties:
• Supervision for fixing and installing finishing items such as: (False Ceiling / Tiles & Gypsum
Board, Gypsum Board Partitions, PVC tiles, Paintings, Access Raised Floor, Carpet,
Workstation, Steel Doors & Frames, Door Hardware and Accessories, Marble Cladding /
Mechanical Fixation.
• Involved with site work as QC engineer for finishing works.
