African +Eastern the leading alcohol beverages company in Oman, having retail outlets and supplies
alcoholic beverages such us beers, spirits and wines to hotels, duty free and embassies, owned by ABI
with Head office in Dubai and runs business across the region, Abu Dhabi, Northern Emirates, Oman,
Africa and India.
Key Responsibilities:
• Evolve a sales, marketing and product strategy to achieve Target
• Ensure the sales strategy is deployed/implemented in an appropriate way and as per the budgets
set, with the help of team members.
• Prepare business plans and manage sales time to achieve goals
• Weekly meetings and provide input on opportunities, results, competitor information and
successes to GM.
• Interpersonal skills to communicate with and present to clients effectively.
• Desire to close deals and pride in personal accountability for results
• Sound knowledge of competition, product and pricing and their marketing strategies, knowledge
of market catchments areas
• Planning and implementing all promotional activities including leaflets, posters, and flyers.
• Planning and liaising with the advertising agency for all advertising and marketing activities.
• Arranging effective distribution of marketing materials.
• Evaluating marketing campaigns.
• Budget preparation and sales targets preparation for retail outlets.
• Forecasting, on a monthly basis for retail and coordinating with logistics on stock planning
• Prepare monthly reports for the Management
• Staff Training, Brand passion sections and tasting sections
• Margin analysis check on monthly basis and target high margin SKU's
