• A senior member in a team of 8 staff of sales, customer support, promoting AxiTrader products (FX, commodities, and CFD’s) to both individual and corporate clients as well as on boarding Partnership clients.
• Attracting investors to allocate a certain amount of their investment portfolio to AxiTrader.
• Converting the online generated leads from demo accounts to active live accounts
• Assisting current investors (existing and prospected) in developing their product knowledge and expanding their investments under the AxiTrader's product offerings
• Maintaining strong relations with both existing and expected investors and IB’s, through a well-organized follow up system
• Initiate sales for FX, CFD and Commodity products
• Source prospective clients for the company’s products
• Follow up on all prospects via phone calls and emails
• Advise clients on forthcoming product developments and discuss special promotions
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients via telephone and email
• Gather market and customer information
• Maintain leads in an organized manner
• Liaise with Marketing department to promote lead acquisition and follow up on targeted marketing campaigns
• Provide feedback to Marketing on success of promotional campaigns and client requirements/trends
• Educate clients on the use of platforms, systems and trading processes
• Responsible for Asia Pacific region (Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia and Brunei), as well as Pakistan and Turkey for the Introducing Brokers, Direct Sales of Forex, Precious Metals and CFD products.
• To initiate sales for General Insurance Products between local cedants and reinsurers.
• To manage and mentor junior staffs
• Prepare slips, market and finalize placements of insurance’s share among the reinsurers.
• Responsible for Conventional but more toward Takaful insurances in Malaysia and Singapore region.
• To maintain and to create business development relationships with local cedants and reinsurers.
• To promote and sell life insurance to potential clients
• To advise and educate clients on the importance of insurance
