- Define project scope, estimate cost and determine budget within accuracy level of -5% - +10%
- Schedule development using Primavera P6
- Resource estimation and loading using P6, cash flows, invoice plans
- Risk analysis at WBS level and estimation of contingency reserves
- FIDIC Contract preparation& administration for mechanical scope
- Contractors and consultants invoice verification prior to payment

- Give inputs to proposal department for Level-3 Schedule and cost estimations after review of tenders, drawings and quantities and other commercial terms and conditions
- Lead planning and control department to define scope, schedule and cost baselines to measure the project health over time
- Prepare reports & charts, i.e., daily/weekly and/or monthly reports as required by management and/or client

Worked as site planning engineer, part of central Project Management Office (PMO) to execute and monitor project plans and interface between site and HO functions
- Preparation of project plans, development of Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and Cost Control Regime for execution in line with project over all schedules and resources using Primavera P6
- Progress & Cost Controlling, Preparing LF Plans after performing cost estimation, BCTC (Balance cost to Complete) with respect to Contracts, CAPEX, Budgeted/actual revenues & costs
