• Assisting the Executives (Managing Director/Managing Partner in conducting daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual task and correspondence, travel arrangements both domestic and international ticketing, visa process, hotel booking etc.

• Taking and confirming appointments, preparing daily agendas and scheduling meeting and conference, taking dictations and preparing minutes of the meeting in consultation with the Directors/CEO and followup for effective implementation of the same, updating weekly, monthly and yearly calendar of the director, managing, reviewing file, office system, proper coordination and follow up with the existing staff and vendors, clients.

• Handling/ keeping/ maintaining confidential/sensitive information, including MIS and routine date bases, arranging and managing conferences, composing and distributing interdepartmental memoranda, drafting simple applications (e-mail, documentary and voice) ensuring timely delivery and receipt of important information while at the time maintaining confidentiality, looking after maintenance of Executive's official and residential, ensuring proper accounting of Executive's personal and official expenditures.
