 Involves in Client meeting to understand their needs and allotting required resource to
delight and meet the customer expectation.
 Conducting joint site visits along with the contractor & the end users to find out the site
requirements & provide different services as per Client Requirements.
 Research vendors and sub-contractors to find best prices possible on supplies without
sacrificing quality.
 Set the scope of each project, delegating assignments to specialized laborers and
monitoring daily performance to make sure projects are completed on time and under
budget.
 To assist in the Planning, coordinating and controlling all operational activities in
accordance with pre-arranged operating plan and programs.
 Maintains safe & clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules and
regulations.

 Liaising with the client, consultant, sub-contractor and the general workforce involved in
the project to ensure quality of work.
 Managing selection and requisition of materials for use in the construction.
 Checking material quality as per prescribed standards.
 Implementation of procedures as per Design and Specifications.
 Managing material at site and ensuring effective use of human resources
 Proactively tracking all procurement deliverables and essential client provided items.

 Read technical data, analyze and take off quantities from architectural and structural
drawings manually and using Auto CAD for preparation of tender.
 Preparation of Bills of Quantities.

 Assistance in tender analysis and Pricing.
 Floatation of inquiries to subcontractors, suppliers and vendors.
 Reviewing and comparing quotations for different items.
 Working on Rate analysis based on market condition of major civil items.
