• Managing the day-to-day operations and staff of Airport Terminal 1 and 5
interconnected metro stations (4G1 Metro Station - Riyadh).
• Monitoring the station assets and premises through systems such as
Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA), BMS, ISM, ATS, FACP
panel and fireworks station systems from the Station Master Room (SMR).
• Ensuring the safety of visiting passengers and staff by conducting periodic
and ad hoc station inspections and maintaining the station Quality
standards and performance to the required operating standards.

• Performing duties as the Line Manager for a team of 25 staff (Station
Agents and Station Ambassadors) by managing their welfare, authorizing
sick leaves, vacations, promotions, labor allocation, performance, and
training needs.
• Conducting periodic Competency Management System (CMS) assessments
and Performance Development Report (PDR) for Station Agents based on
evidence of performance and knowledge on duty.
• Conducting assessments for station staff by unannounced observation,
simulation of scenarios, assessment questionnaires and professional
discussions to test the knowledge of the staff.
• Based on gathered evidence of assessments, Authorizing the issuance of
“Certificate of Competency” to the respective staff which will act as his/her
license to perform the job role.
• Maintain effective safety critical communications via Terrestrial Trunked
Radio (Handheld - TETRA) and MDT 400 TETRA to provide precise
information to Station Controller, Traffic Controller, Engineering and fault
controller, station agents and security guards
• Monitoring and reporting the punch cards of employees and managing attendance records. Coordinating with Manager on any significant deviances or irregularities.
• Introduced and implemented the 5S Best practices to organize and arrange the workplace to be effective and efficient in coordination with department heads.

stakeholders.
