POSITION SUMMARY: Manages all Procurement and Materials Supply activities as per requests by various Department and Site to ensure smooth operation and maintenance activities..

Duties & Responsibilities: 1) Supervises the purchasing process to ensure timely and accurate material delivery.
2) Reviews purchase requisition files and approves the bid evaluation requested by the Client.
3) Checks and controls the approved purchase requests in order to process the final purchase orders.
4) Coordinates with Project Finance Department for assigning the schedule of Vendors cash payments.
5) Supervises the material delivery to Client after purchase orders finalized.
6) Coordinates with Client Logistics Department to ensure purchased material are as per requirements..


7) Conducts meetings with Client Logistics Department to ensure discuss ongoing purchasing activities and strengthen working relationship.
8) Coordinates with financial Control Department at Head Office regarding all issues related to Vendors credit payments.
9) Maintains an updated track of all authorized Vendors list as per Saudi Oger contractual agreements.


Direct Supervisory Responsibility: 1) Distribute work among co-worker or other.
2) Make hiring recommendation.
3) Make recommendation regarding unsatisfactory employees.
4) Make promotional recommendations.
5) Plan work, establish priorities.
6) Prepare Performance evaluation.
7) Assign work, add or delete duties.
8) Respond to complaints and grievances.
