• Take-off quantities, estimating process and prepare bill of quantities when required.
• To do cost saving on provisional sums (PS) and prime cost (PC) items according to the client’s requirement and budget.
• To Analyze/review quoted rate of the items by contractor and sub-contractor during pre-stage and post stage tendering.
• Preparing Tender / Bid Analysis Reports and identify grey areas.
• Administer Procurement Processes, negotiate and award the Contract.
• Chair and manage Commercial Meetings.
• Identify the suppliers and contractors in local and overseas market.
• To prepare contracts as per UAE law with contractor and subcontractor for various approved works.
• Coordination with Clients / Consultants and Contractors.
The preparation of Bills and Schedules of Quantities of
materials, labour and services required in the construction and
equipment of building, or engineering works
* Checking daily progress as per Cash flow.
* Undertaking costs analysis for repair and maintenance project

Verify that the quality related site activities are in accordance
with the applicable codes and standards.
* To check and confirm steel placement as per the RCC
drawing.
* Coordinate all the quality site inspections through the site
QA/QC Manager.
* Preparation of BBS and monthly report for steel quantity
which are placed on site as per RCC drawing, and submitting
it to Qa/Qc Manager
