• Serves as a single point contact for the projects to all stakeholders to ensure the project goals are identified and
achieved.
• Ensures all team activities and decisions support the project’s objectives and priorities.
• Responsible for interpreting, organizing, executing and coordinating tasks within time and budgets and within
statutory requirements.
• Ensure business and commercial risks are clearly identified and efficiently managed on projects.
• Arranging and conducting weekly progress meeting with service providers and with inter department.
• Accurate and timely reporting and consistent delivery of projects to ensure cost, completion date & quality.
• Effective communication with the design team representative and other parties.
• Able to understand changing trends and developments, market opportunities, competitive threats and
organizational capabilities.
• Actively develops relationships with service providers and team members via regular contact and involvement to
develop long and short-term service relationships.
• Follow up the technical model design upgrade that have a positive impact in terms of cost, time, quality, & safety.
• Provide consistent visible leadership to ensure strong individual and team motivation and productivity.
• Responsible for delivering Design & Engineering deliverables and general engineering services to customers as per agreed schedule and within the budget.
• Deliver engineering services that meet Worley, its clients and applicable statutory and regulatory Specifications, on time and within budget.
• Liaise with discipline lead engineers to establish technical direction based on codes and standards.
• Monitor the interface control between disciplines and instigate corrective actions when necessary.
• Support creation and coordination of overall project plans, schedules, monitoring activities, progress, milestones, Project effort hours, cost estimates, budgets, and monitor progress and cost performance.
