TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

Commercial: - Prepare a coverage plan for Clients
- Prepare a annually forecast
- Achieve the Monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Monitor the client's credit limit.
- Develop the customers by increasing the sales and the level of the products appear.
- Following up the products delivery through the logistics.
- Prepare regular competition sales reports by following up the competitors' promotions and prices in the market.
- Monitor sales prices
- Open new trading accounts
- Keep regular market visits to all our clients courtiers

Export: - Responsible for proceeding with the export order from sending it to production till its delivery to the customer.

- Coordinating with the other departments (Financial, Planning, Purchasing, Production etc) to achieve the export plans.

- Arrange to create the export yearly and monthly plans and to follow up their achievement.

- Preparing the work orders for the various shipments and coordinating with the production department to make sure that the shipment will be delivered on time.

- Arrange directly with the customers to determine their requirements to issue the shipping documents, and issuing them as per their requirements without any discrepancies.

- Arranging with the shipping lines, freight forwarders, clearance companies for booking vessels, finalize the documents and certificates to clear the shipment for export through the airport or seaport.
- Reply to our customers' complaints after investigate them with the responsible department.
- Prepare the estimated budgets for sea and air shipments after the evaluation of the received offers for all projects.

- Negotiating the freight & transportation prices to get the best and competitive offers.

- Procedures for sending the imported and local shipments to our projects in the free zones (Import declaration, sending order from customs to other, sending order for fabrication etc)

- Dealing with the transport companies for the normal and over-dimension shipments.

- Preparing successful claims against customers "if any" with all support documents.

- Study and negotiate all the export contracts with the customers and related departments.

- Follow up the payments from the customers and prepare statements of accounts.
- Prepare the weekly, monthly and yearly reports.

Import: - All the prearrangements for the governmental projects including meetings with the Authorities and related parties in order to avoid any problems before execution.
(The projects such as "Cairo North Power Station", "Zaafaran Wind Farm", "Nubaria Power Station")

- Shipping instructions to the foreign suppliers for all imported materials in accordance with Inco-Terms (Ex Work, FOB, CFR, CIF . etc.)

- Follow up of the foreign purchase orders and the dates of shipping.

- The shipping operations with the suppliers and the shipping lines (G. Cargo - LCL - FCL) or the Airlines.

- Check all the shipping documents according to the shipping instructions & to the Purchase Orders to arrange with the suppliers for any required amendments.

- Dealing with the clearing companies to apply the correct customs tariff number and to solve any problem with the customs authority for reevaluation of prices and applying for arbitration when required.

- Revising the clearing companies' invoices and statements of their accounts.

- Arrange for issuing the letters of guarantee for the temporary importation shipments.

- Preparing essential documents for clearance of imported goods as approval of GOFI, GAFI, etc and other governmental forms required by customs authorities.

- Preparing successful claims against suppliers with all support documents.

Sales:
- Searching for new markets via internet and authorities subscriptions
- Negotiate the marketing volumes
- Make deals with the new clients including the incentive program
- Specify the ways of payments
- Investigate the customer's complaints
- Following up the orders during its lead time and keep the client informed

Dealing with: Foreign customers, foreign suppliers, foreign freight forwarders, the customs authority, banks, governmental departments, shipping lines, airlines and freight forwarders.
