Implementation of different cost effectiveness projects: Oujda factory upgrade to Coca standards; Bottling end lines standardisation to avoid manual truck loading; PET bottle short neck implementation
Management of the new ABC 12ha factory program•
Missionm: 70$ revenue, m60$ investment, 120 employees.
Factory erection finalisation; Supply Chain organisation set-up including recruitment, production launch and bring finish good to shelf
