Projects are demanding high quality standards of space planning, 3D Rendering, design
documentation, material selection and loose furniture. however, hotels, cafes, restaurants
and villas were taken major focusing to obtain clients satisfaction in Malaysia.
Role : Space planning, material selection, loose furniture selection, 3D rendering, technical
drawings. construction documentation and specification sheets.
- Space planning & design for villas and cafes with multiple companies & Clients.
- 3D views shows design pattern and space arrangement.
-Material Selection and Loose furniture selection to suit project design.
-Design documentation and construction documentation by using AutoCAD for key
plans, elevation and joinery drawings.
-Review civil and architecture details plans.
Measure and calculate material resource related to architecture, MEP and Civil ( BOQ ).
- Daily Execution of work as per the projects of schedule/ Gantt chart.
- Daily review and execute of technical work in projects to avoid contradiction.
-Review and check final submission work and method of statement related to contractor.
-Internship following senior architect manager instruction in editing workshop drawing,
part plans and landscape.
-Delivering architecture finishing installment of floors covering, dropped celling, wall
covering to senior architect.
