• Managing the knowledge development & communication team
• managing all type of internal & external communication, with sales, customer care, marketing departments
• leading awareness campaigns planning related to marketing product, sales analysis, sales incentive & commission, selling skills & customer service, customer retention, motivational campaigns.
• Direct trainers, for trainings methodologies by conducting a TTT sessions “Train the Trainer” and during related meetings.

• Staff knowledge measurement through TNA & monthly, quarterly & yearly performance
• Make all the training coordination logistics.
• Make the reservation for the training locations.
• Make all the reports related to division “Weekly, Monthly, and the training hours report”.
• Developing Strategic Training Plan.
• Conduct meeting with divisions’ operations head for “TNA”.
• Train all sales people on mobily products (Packages, Devices, Processes …etc.).
• Evaluate sales people (Mobily Products Knowledge).
• Exam sales people (Mobily Products Knowledge).
• Conducting periodical assessment audits to ensure the implementation of the departments’ processes.
• Providing monthly quality assessment report to nsure accurate information reporting to higher management.
• Gather & Analyze data and information about agent’s quality performance to identify areas for improvements.
• Contribute to quality assurance reporting enhancement and improvements in order to provide management with in depth analysis of the quality performance.
Coordinating between departments and operating units in resolving day-to-day administrative and operational problems
Scheduling and coordinating meetings, interviews, events and other similar activities
Sending out and receiving mail and packages
Preparing business correspondence (often using word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation computer software)
Sending faxes
Managing Files
Research and the identification of key data sources
Performing multifaceted general office support
Preparing meeting minutes, meeting notes and internal support materials.
Sending and receiving forms for the company
