-Implement Advance Work Packaging (AWP) in Construction for the new Contract to improve
construction productivity.
- Responsible in managing EPCC and Subcontractor’s to ensure Construction progress
accordance to the specification and standard.
- Drive and monitor construction progress execution achieved against planned.
- Review the construction sequence/logic, work plan/procedures, pre-task planning and
methods statement to ensure comprehensive feasibility and safety.
- Perform weekly construction coordination meeting with Contractor.
- Review all Construction Method Statement from contractor to meet as per Project standard
requirement.
- Lead site team to review and approved construction procedure and manage engineering
issue at site including involve Change Order Request.
- Ensure Contractor to follow approved drawing and procedure during construction activities.
- Closely monitor logistic plan, mobilization and demobilization of manpower, material and
equipment in efficient manner.
- Promote cost reduction/value creation and productivity enhancing initiatives.
- Ensure implementation of efficient of HSE work culture and lifestyle to ensure safe and
quality project delivery through.
- Monitor closely progress shutdown activities as per schedule and emergent highlights to
management on daily basis.
- Ensure Contractor met quality requirement according to specification during procurement,
fabrication and testing activities.
- Manage obstruction issue at site with Landowner and Host Authorities timely to avoid impact
to Construction progress.
- Coordinate with other Contractor/Stakeholder in resolving interface issue at site.
- Monitor closely ITR-A/B/C during construction and pre-comm activities.
- Manage subcontractor strategy with Contractor prior work execution.
- Review, comment and approved TBE sub-contractors/vendor submitted by Contractor for
selection of Subcontractor/ vendor to ensure meet and project specification.
- Lead project governance with Contractor eg: Constructability Review, PIR, Risk
Assessment, Smooth Start-up Program, etc
- Led the engagement with local villagers including tribe Sheikh to resolve the obstruction
issues whilst satisfying their demand i.e employment and conducted CSR program with
contractor as part of project stakeholder management implementation
- Lead and coordinate the scope change process for garraf project from Field instructions,
technical queries, change order proposal, negotiation until final approval.
- Lead the integration/transition between EPCC and Operation, tracking of closeout of
interface action item. Among activities involved are to facilitate the joint review for clash
check, inspection & verification between construction engineering team, construction &
operation rep to minimize the modification required and rework.
- Verifying EPCC performance report prior to official issuance to avoid conflict prior sharing
with Host Authority.
- Reviewed and Approved Contractor's TBE for Equipment, Material and subcontractor.
- Conducted briefing to Asset Owner/Operation/Maintenance Team on the warranty claim
process to ensure all parties understand the process. Lead and tracking warranty claim
process until completed.
- Lead pre-commissioning activities for contractors at site to ensure align with asset
owner, Operation/ TS requirement until Mechanical Completion.
- Lead Management of Change (MOC) if any deviation and register in the MOC system.
Tracking and ensure all action items have been closed.
- Lead and tracking remaining punch list closure.
- Lead Contract/project close out after issuance of Provisional Acceptance, ensure all
deliverable already complete, Change Order/EOT already resolved, all punch lists /
outstanding issue as per Exclusion list resolved prior Issuance of Final Acceptance.

 PROJECT: MLNG DUA REJUVENATION (MDR) PROJECT
 Location: Bintulu, Sarawak, Malaysia


- Managing a multidisciplinary team in executing Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning of MLNG Dua Rejuvenation and upgrading project.
- Supervising daily construction work progress as per planned & scheduling, planning of manpower, estimation of materials, tools, and equipments. Ensuring that the work activities are in safe condition at all times and mechanical completion of the project are in accordance with contract requirements.
- Monitor closely progress shutdown activities as per schedule and emergent highlights to management on daily basis.
- Ensure implementation of efficient of HSE work culture and lifestyle to ensure safe and quality project delivery through.
- QA/QC: Assist in ensuring all inspections are conducted as required in approved ITPs, Inspection and Testing Plans.
- Lead governance activities such as risk assessment, constructability review, HAZID, JHA.
- Interface and managing effectively with other parties to solve any issue/concern arise.
- Monitor closely punch lists items for startup in daily meeting with contractors.
- Review details WBS Contractor Construction Schedule for all project involved and participate indevelop detail PMT overall schedule and also checking duration of Critical path activities to meet project schedule and duration.
- Involve in integrated construction schedule review session during MDR Project Module 4/5/6 Turnaroundwith others project involved and validate the activity sequencing.
- Manage and supervise construction team/contractor to provide update on daily punchlist close out status during starting up Module 4 at the end of Turnaround.
- Reviewed safety HSE plan and procedures for critical activities prior to the execution of works andreviewed and identified all possible hazards in the development of Job Method Statement and develop JHA.

 PROJECT: PETRONAS Floating LNG 2 (PFLNG2)
 Location: Geoje, South Korea

- Provide Company representation in monitoring and coordinating the site activities of EPCC Contractor for the progress of Topside construction activities.
- Report on the construction activities, progress, areas of concern and mitigating actions. Prepare for and participate in weekly construction review meetings.
- Manage the Contractor, package vendor and sub-contractors in the implementation of site specific SHE program, emergency response and evacuation drill programs. Participate in incident /accident investigation and prevention of recurrence.
- Ensure construction work carried out in accordance with Company rules, regulations, standards and permit to work procedures as applicable.
- Review work and inspection results to ensure compliance with EPCC Contract requirements. Interface and coordinate with Project Field Engineering and QC Sections.
- Monitor and ensure the correction of non-conformance report items and other issues supporting QA/QC compliance.
- Review the construction sequence/logic, work plan/procedures, pre-task planning and methods statement to ensure comprehensive feasibility and safety.
- Report and record potential change order request to assist in claims avoidance.
- Monitor site material handling and warehousing procedures with respect to the process areas to facilitate construction progress.
- Provide assistance and direction in the Mechanical Completion for every package, Commissioning, and Start-up activities of the plant working with all parties to facilitate these activities.
- Substitute for and assist the Project Manager as required. Provide work coverage for other Area Construction Engineers during their absence.

 PROJECT: TTM Evacuation Project (Upstream-Greenfield)
 Location: CPOC Platform, Thailand

- Responsible for engineering matter, drawing issuance, workpack and jobcard preparation by Contractor.
- Monitor all work completed with proper reporting (daily progress report, inspection report, check sheets, etc) and ensure work complete within time frame.
- Involve of installation of Jacket and Topside include pre-commissioning and commission of pipe laying from pig launcher to target box.
- To ensure all punchlists closed by Contractor before handover to Platform Operation.
- To achieve Mechanical Completion Date ahead of schedule during construction before sail-away.
- To assist the project quality assurance and quality control of construction team for the assigned project and proposals. This includes quality record, report, material samples and presentation materials are produced and kept in systematic order and secured.
- Preparation of offshore installation procedure, evaluation of vendor data based on client specifications, prepare of E & I material take off and monitoring E & I materials.
- Involvement and supervision on the hook up and commissioning, prepare of installation check sheet and final documentation.
- Review and update resources allocation such as manpower, test equipment, tools, consumables, and spares throughout construction period & employ cost control for project efficiency.
- Involving in the review of report, standards and other requirements related to construction activities such as QA/QC report, WPS, WQT, progress report, NDT report etc
- Supervising daily construction work progress as per planned & scheduling, planning of manpower, estimation of materials, tools, and equipments. Ensuring that the work activities are in safe condition at all times.
- Reviewing and commenting on documentation prepared by Contractor e.g. procedures, drawings, technical reports etc. Ensuring the implementation of established procedures and good engineering practice.
- Conduct Construction Readiness Assessment (CRA) at Contractor fabrication yard.
- Participate on governance activities on Constructability Review (CR), HAZID, HAZOP, PDMS Review, Commissioning Risk Assessment and etc.
- Involve in integrate team for commissioning activities involve all stakeholders.
- Assisting to ensure the safest and most cost effective methods of construction during project installation in accordance to HSE Management System and Site HSE Plan.
- Assigned as technical responsibility for on-site fabrication and providing technical input during fabrication
- Ensuring and monitoring of quality compliance and verification of Contractor schedule and progress in terms of construction throughout the execution of construction activities.
- As a Company Site Representative (CSR) to supervise Jacket and Topside Installation during Offshore Installation Campaign to ensure Contractor doing the right way and follow the planning schedule.
- Working under extreme schedules and safety pressure (i.e. zero fatality, zero LTI and incident free targets) in an environment with a lot of constraints like Permit To Work (PTW) but still required to meet deadlines and targets.
- Coordinator with Construction/Operations on all aspects related to the offshore/onshore scope of work.

 Project:Tapis Enhanced Oil Recovery, Retrofit & Modification project. (Tapis EOR)
 Location: Tapis Field. (Malaysia)

- Offshore site Project Focal representing ExxonMobil in day-to-day activities.
- Provide necessary resources to sub-ordinate key Personnel’s & Project Teams.
- Planning & Coordinate in Engineering/Design, Value Engineering, Scope Changes, Site Technical Query, Risk Assessment, HAZOP & HAZID for Tapis EOR project.
- Liaison to other focal points, EMEMI representatives, PIC& Main Contractor
Project matrix and project progress.
- Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) responsibility. Implementing EMEPMI
HSE Standards where applicable.
- Execution Planning, Project Control & Schedule and Project Deliverables.
- Focal Point in Construction Management & communicate with the Contractors,
Logistics companies and Third Party Inspectors/Auditors.
- Coordinator in Quality Assurance and Quality Control procedures.
- Ensure EMEPMI Policies and Management System are implemented in all aspects

PROJECT: Projects & Maintenance Shutdown Works for Major Shutdown Campaign.
Location: Brunei

- Overall Leadership & Responsibility in all integrated site survey for developing of workpack with sub-coordinate, operations & services in the Company.
- Regular tasks include but are not limited to: Prepare construction sequences and methods of works for rigging & heavy lift activities.
- Supervising construction activities, planning, work progress, manpower loading & HSE and welfare matters.
- Strategize, lead, manage and supervise the overall works execution of mechanical, structural & piping team including the management and implementation of all technical matters relating to the maintenance or modification of existing facilities.
- Drive the career development and enhancement of the technical and professional capabilities for mechanical/operation and engineering team to ensure excellent technical support to the entire operation with high expectation on safety.
- Health, Safety & Environmental procedures and enforcement.
- Participate in solving in-situ site problems and construction constraints; and maintaining activities progress.
- Focal Point in Construction Management (offshore) & communicate with the Asset operations, QAQC matters- inspection, Marine and onshore logistics.
- Prepare progress reports (DPR) & review HSE monthly report.
