Brand Executive-
1.Ensure a good understanding of the market and the clients.
2.Study marketplace trends: brand ranking, market share.
3.Monitor the competition through market surveys, pricing analysis, products comparison.
4.Manage client relationship from presentation of new products to problem solving at the point of sale.
5.implement marketing strategies in the Iraqi market to achieve the designated brand’s objectives.
6.Determine and manage the marketing budget by Following up on new stores
7.Coordinate with the different suppliers Merchandising department to implement the brand guidelines and animation according to the merchandising calendar
1.Monitoring protection concerns (rights violations, discrimination, and exclusion)
2.An increased understanding of the protective environment, including essential demographic data, vulnerability mapping, available services, and existing gaps impacting the refugee and host populations,
3.To address protection concerns/gaps and contribute to referral mechanisms for specialized services to the provider
4. Work to strengthen IRC’s relationship with refugees, refugee/host community leaders and municipal actors in order to maintain good access to POCs.
5. Work to identify and support community focal points/settlement representatives to participate in ongoing monitoring activities and follow-up
6. Analyze data and highlight trends and protection needs in reporting to the Protection Team Leader, Reporting Officer and Information Officer.

8. Prepare for the community consultations and orientation sessions about refugee rights, entitlements, registration, basic and specialist services in the districts
9. Follow-up with INGOs and UN about requests and invitations for the community sessions; Follow-up INGOs and UNHCR about brochures and other information materials for distribution to refugees
10. Support possible protection advocacy research &Provide written feedback about protection incidents, issues and aid-related community-conflicts
