- Serve as the main point of contact for library.
- Coordinate with colleagues in the Strategy Unit to stay abreast of and respond to knowledge needs throughout the annual Strategy-Budget cycle and the ongoing process.
- Supervise and support Associate Librarian in acquiring articles, books, and reports for departments and staff according to their requests via inter library loan and/or purchase.
- Assist with research needs through answering reference requests and compiling focused collections of information requested by users.
- Maintain the digital library catalog, along with Associate Librarian.
- Support Associate Librarian in managing subscriptions to online databases and periodicals available to all users.
- Provide database and research training to staff, as needed.
